Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Our aim is to provide high-quality products that perform as intended. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds and replacements.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are purchasing from a country where mandatory consumer rights apply, including countries within the European Union, those rights will apply in addition to this policy where required by law.
Returns
Customers who are entitled to return a product under applicable law may request a return through their customer account or by contacting us at Justin@tier1athlete.com.
Products should be returned in their original condition, allowing for reasonable inspection, together with all original components and packaging where reasonably possible.
Unless required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise this right, submit a return request through your order page or contact us at Justin@tier1athlete.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Following notification, the product should be returned within the applicable legal timeframe.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law after the returned goods have been received or satisfactory evidence of return has been provided.
Manufacturer's Replacement Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights, Tier1Athlete provides a 45-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.
If your product develops a fault due to defects in materials or workmanship within 45 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please contact Justin@tier1athlete.com. We will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, a replacement product will be shipped.
Warranty Exclusions
The replacement warranty does not apply where damage results from:
- Accidents, abuse, misuse or neglect.
- Improper storage or handling.
- Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Use contrary to the supplied instructions.
- Modification, reconstruction or repair by anyone other than Tier1Athlete or an authorised representative.
Intended Use
The Activator Belt is designed for use on grass and synthetic track surfaces only.
Damage resulting from use on abrasive surfaces, including concrete, asphalt or similar hard surfaces, is considered misuse and is not covered by the manufacturer's replacement warranty.
