**Return & Replacement Policy**
Thank you for your purchase! Please keep in mind that we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and provide replacements under specific conditions.
**Replacement Terms:**
*Product Damage*: If your item breaks within 45 days of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. To start a replacement, please contact us at **Justin@tier1athlete.com**, and we will give you a shipping label to return the damaged product for inspection. If the damage is determined to be due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will issue a replacement. -
**Exclusions:**
This replacement policy does not apply if:
- The product has been subjected to accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage or handling, exposure to the elements, or abnormal environmental conditions.
- The damage results from **normal wear and tear**, improper use, or any use contrary to the instructions provided by **Tier1Athlete, LLC**.
- The product has been reconstructed, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Tier1Athlete, LLC or an authorized representative.
**Conditions for Replacement:**
This product is designed for use on grass or track surfaces only. -Important: Any damage or wear caused by using the product on abrasive surfaces such as cement, concrete, or similar will void the replacement policy. We appreciate your understanding and encourage the proper use of the product to ensure its longevity.
