Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Processing time does not include transit time.


Shipping Times

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control are not grounds for refunds.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders that are returned, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for a refund.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


International Shipping

International customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, delayed, or destroyed due to:

  • Failure to pay customs duties or VAT

  • Failure to respond to customs clearance requests

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

The order will NOT be refunded.

Shipping carriers and customs authorities do not refund shipping or duty charges, and returned international shipments are often discarded.

Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside our control.
Delays caused by customs authorities are not grounds for a refund.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy and accepts full responsibility for all shipping conditions, delivery outcomes, customs fees, and carrier-related delays.
